Application
The Rapid-Rate Thermal Cycle Chamber is ideal for test requiring quick changes 15°C/min ramp rate in
specimen temperature and 23°C/min ramp rate for air temperature. It covers various applications from
JEDEC, IEC standards to screening.
It features new technologies, such as a specimen temperature control function maintaining linear
specimen temperature change rates during rapid thermal cycling, and temperature ramp control.

Packing details
We use PP Film wrapping the test chamber to protect the test chamber from moisture or being scratched
first, then use strong plywood case for easyload and transport, and to keep the chambers from potential
crash or impact.

If you face any problems in future during testing process we promise we will give you a reply within 48
hours and solution provide within 3 working days. We can offer operation video and English operation
muanual. We can provide video-conference. If customers require on-site service, the transport and travel
expense shall be borne by customer.
